Saw this flash few days ago...It's meaningful and I'd like to share it here...

Multimedia University is now applying a new policy, that every student has to clear the outstanding fees before being unbarred from taking final examination. 25th March onwards students from different faculties are having their pre-course registration. And many students are still being barred from taking exam. Some even been barred although they've paid the amount of money...

All of these have caused the financial apartment to be fully occupied by students to settle all things...

I'm one of the victims under this new policy. Yesterday, instead of attending a one hour class, I've been waiting for more than 2 hours in a long queue before meeting with Miss Lau. But when comes to the end, she just insist, asking me to clear the fees before she's going to unbar me. I've no choice but to leave and think for another options...

This morning, I wake up very early and again I line up behind the long queue. And the whole morning I busy running between bank and financial apartment.  And finally I manage to settle all those things before 12pm.

I've just got the Micros Singing Competition's photos from friends. The passion is almost over, but I'd still like to share them with all of you...



The tickets were being checked and the crowd was moving slowly into Main Hall.

The opening song was a song named "Because of Love" sung by all finalists.

The single's competition was carried on straight after the remarkable opening ceremony.



There'll be a short interveiw from Emcees for every participants.

We have Danny One, a composing base singer to be our special guest that night after the Single and Group competition.

For the top 5 solo singers, they were required to take part in another challenge. They needed to try their best to get more higher marks.



After the event, I grabbed the chance to have a shot with Danny One.



We were also glad to have a shot with the champion of 2001 Astro Talent Quest, Lam Kin Fai.



This is the group under me, program division... You all did well!!! Keep in touch ya.... Dun forget me oo.... I'm your tu tang lar... Hahahah.....

BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) - Thai prosecutors have filed a lawsuit against the local division of the Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia after one of its handsets allegedly exploded and injured a user, a spokesman for the Office of the Attorney General said Monday.

The case, filed last Friday, seeks compensation of 1 million baht (US$26,100; euro19,440) for severe burns and leg and hand injuries suffered by welder Prasit Sriseeluang when his Nokia 3310 allegedly blew up in March last year, said spokesman Sirisak Tiyaphan.

Representatives from Nokia (Thailand) declined to comment.

However, in a statement last month to Bangkok newspaper The Nation, the company was cited as saying that "it intends to strongly and vigorously defend any claim or action made against it.''

It said its products met safety standards and those sold in Thailand were approved by the Post and Telegraph Department.

Nokia (Thailand) is charged with producing products not meeting quality standards and causing injury to the user. The first court hearing is scheduled for July 18.

The prosecution has charged that Prasit, 50, was working near a high-voltage power pole when the phone, in his shirt pocket, rang and then allegedly exploded, Tiyaphan said.

His right leg and all five toes of his left foot were amputated, while his right hand was crippled, he said.

Prasit filed a complaint with Thailand's Consumer Protection Board which concluded that defective parts in the phone allegedly caused the accident. It called for Nokia (Thailand) to pay 1 million baht (US$26,100; euro19,440) in compensation.

The board also recommended that prosecutors file charges against the company in the civil court.-AP
